Fixed:
- Unable to place to BTCUSDT trades in backtesting
- Charles Schwab sync account not importing trades
- Removed categories are still present in trade log columns
- Stock can be placed as a decimal position if switched from cryptoforex chart in backtesting
- Save chart indicator not working on the trade page
- No chart is shown as active in Safari within backtesting
