Fixed:
- Cannot select weekends error message when creating backtesting session
- BE trades on the recent trades widget should be marked grey not red
- There's no way to remove highlight on notebook text in the dark mode
- Old Twitter/Facebook icons are displayed throughout the app
- Rename GER40 to GER40/DAX40 in the symbols list
- Can't see the full account name on broker sync so don't know which account is which
