Improved:
- Added drop down on existing calendar widgets to quickly navigate within months & years
Fixed:
- Added placeholder text to SL/TP fields on the trade page
- Trade page chart is really zoomed in when accessing trades
- Backtesting
- Orders are not being displayed, but created when specifying SL or PT as 0
- Position is removed on Advanced order if price changes
- Risk is carried over from Advanced to regular order
- Empty order gets created if SLPT is removed manually
- Added an X to order confirmation messages in backtesting to quickly hide message
