Calculate `Follow rate` per selected account and not for all accounts

As a user, I would like to be able to confirm which rules of my specific Play from the Playbook are / are not followed on the given account.
At this point, looks like `Follow rate` is calculated for all accounts added to TZ.
Bug here is that once we select only one account in TZ, `Follow rate` still considers all accounts added to TZ which make `Follow rate` not that useful .
