"Must Include All Selected Tags" in Filters

Currently, when selecting two tags to filter trades, Tradezella will display all trades that contain either of the tags; even if a trade only contains one of them, the trade will be displayed.
We should include an option to make the trades displayed have to include all selected tags. This way it does not show all trades that include one of the tags, just the trades that include ALL the tags.
